You have the right to cancel your order at any time, as long as it adheres to the following guidelines:
A "Bad Order" is classified as an order that has entered preparation (when food has started being prepared). In this case, the order can no longer be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
- For advance orders (orders placed more than 1 day before the requested delivery date), cancellations must be made up to 1 day before the order is due for delivery.
- For same-day orders, cancellations must be made within a reasonable time (typically just minutes after placing the order) and before the order becomes a "Bad Order".
Customers may cancel an order by calling the relevant store. The Grill Peri Peri reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, either before or after acceptance. You will be notified of such cancellations immediately.
- You will not be charged for cancelled orders made in accordance with these cancellation provisions.
- Any payment made prior to an order being cancelled by The Grill Peri Peri will usually be reimbursed using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
- Any order cancelled after the point at which the order becomes a "Bad Order" will be charged to the customer and no refund will be due.
