Bistro Milano began in 2012 with one conviction: bring authentic modern Italian dining to Britain — handmade pasta, wood-fired pizza, and the warmth of a true trattoria.

Today we welcome guests across five UK cities, serving over 50,000 covers each month. From intimate date nights in Mayfair to lively family Sundays in Bristol, every Bistro Milano delivers the same passion.

We import key ingredients from Italy, source the finest British produce locally, and train every chef in our Milan kitchen academy. No shortcuts — only soul.
