Data deletion

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to delete or anonymise personal data we hold about you, including data from Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp, and online orders — unless we need to keep it for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.

What we delete

When we confirm your request we will remove or anonymise:

• Assistant / chatbot conversation history linked to your social account or email
• Saved “My usual” preferences tied to that account
• Guest contact details you shared only for chat ordering (where not needed for an open order)
• Marketing preferences you asked us to forget

How to request deletion

1. Use the form below with the email or phone you used when ordering, or
2. Email datainfo@thegrillperiperi.co.uk with subject “Data deletion”, or
3. If you remove our Facebook / Instagram app, Meta will call our automatic deletion callback and give you a confirmation code.

This page is the public Data Deletion instructions URL for our Meta app. The Data Deletion Request Callback is https://food.janjuacompanies.com/meta/data-deletion — Meta posts a signed request there when you remove the app; we return a confirmation code and status URL.
